,The year the world stopped, a PIVITOL POINT in TIME,
Never known in history so this must be an IMPORTANT SIGN,
The BIGGER PICTURE is unfolding through the confusion and fear,
You WILL UNDERSTAND the OPPORTUNITIES when you SEE through the tears,
GO INSIDE in your heart, soul & STILL THE MIND,
The ANSWERS are not outside yourself but are INSIDE you’ll FIND.

You are SPIRIT having a human experience with the world and we are ALL ONE,
Not the separate material, conditioned, fearful beings we have been taught to become,
The world is in the midst of a SELF LOVE & spiritual healing crisis,
Although is growing in consciousness so the outcome is LIGHTER,
So seek your own knowledge rather than being spoon-fed your beliefs,
They once might have served you although now may not bring relief.

So be open to changing them & detach from your/the STORY,
It served in the past but now is HIStory,
Create a new shift in systems as they no longer serve,
The collective needs change in ALL AREAS it’s what humanity deserves,
Reclaim your sovereignty it is a divine right
Demand transparency in all areas to dissolve all plight.

Power structures are collapsing, the veils are lifting to see,
So don’t bury your head and be all that you can be,
Let go of competition, aim for COOPERATION, win win situations,
This will help to BRING UNION with all of the nations,
The sceptic might doubt and that is ok
However once you embrace your inner wisdom you will realise this is the way.

The default is usually the negative as duality is there,
Move through the negative in your own time & out of despair,
It’s easier to see the flaw in the eye of another,
Rather than see the flaw in yourself, so don’t be the martyr,
FORGIVE EASILY, see all perspectives, choices & ACCEPT the now as it is,
For what you resist will continue to persist.

Change is the ONLY CONSTANT and all is the NOW,
So BLESS your past present & future as it brought you the HOW,
QUANTUM physics and science are NOW bridging the gap,
Between science & spirituality and finding the MAP,
The cosmos is HUGE and EXISTS out with time,
So to think we are the only ones that exist is really a crime.

Consciousness is now being studied & energy is the form,
And energy NEVER DIES it continues to be REBORN,
Where your ATTENTION goes is where the energy FLOWS,
So have an AWARENESS of where your thoughts & words go,
They hold a frequency & I AM statements are EMPOWERING,
So use I AM in positive language daily & watch yourself flowering.

Remember who you really are which is not just a body,
You are way so much more & this includes everybody,
See the DIVINE in everything, in others including YOU,
See the MAGIC in coincidence & synchronicity as it is too,
NURTURE the inner child & its ok to be vulnerable,
Laugh & cry frequently as Mother Nature is wonderful.

It’s an inbuilt release system so why try to block it,
Let authenticity arise and then you will rock it,
And serve one another but not take on others responsibility,
And keep healthy boundaries rather than enable for sensibility,
Give room for others TO GROW & drop expectation,
Stay in your own lane & inspire gratification.

ATTITUDE is everything so aim for acceptance & gratitude,
ALLOW it to arise naturally without forcing the altitude,
You are NOT A VICTIM in life, you are pure LOVE so move out of the blame game,
As this will only further disempower you & others & result in much more of the same,
Drop the age old debates about wars, religion, labels, colour & fault,
As these tired habitual intellectual conversations need to now halt.

Instead feel how do YOU want to move forward & what part can YOU play
Be the change & TAKE ACTION, it’s everyone’s responsibility to show up on the day,
No need for aggression or intellectual superiority to get things moving along,
There are ENOUGH RESOURCES & AUTHENTIC NEW systems will help to right the wrong,
DROP the power structures & profit before people & LEAD WITH YOUR HEART,
Small co op communities based in NATURE & WISDOM are a good base to START.

Keep SPIRIT & connectedness at the HEART with short daily meditation & prayer,
As this FOCUS OF INTENTION will help to keep it all CLEAR,
ALLOW & surrender the teething problems & learning but keep the FOCUS in mind,
To END ALL human suffering & increase the KIND,
Life & death are AN ILLUSION, & It’s all a BIG GAME, based on a BIG MASTER PLAN,
To SEE through this is WISDOM to understand this YOU CAN.

It’s the life in your years not the length of your life,
It’s all been preplanned & is eternal & rife,
In time it’s UNFOLDING, BE PATIENT & try to ENJOY the ride,
You ALWAYS have CHOICE you always DECIDE,
If it sounds loving it is TRUTH, if fearful it’s lies,
So learn to DISCERN where the information does arise.

You are GOOD ENOUGH, to be a messy human with flaws & difficult emotions,
However process & FACE your shadow as this will then lose its power & commotions,
Stripped back YOU WILL FIND PEACE & stillness at HEART,
As this is your NATURAL DEFAULT nature regardless of whom thou art,
We are ALL EQUAL WORTHY beings so get over the differences,
And CELEBRATE them as it makes all life more interesting.

No one has the right to judge another for THEIR freewill & choices,
And DROP JUDGEMENT in yourself to quieten these voices,
Self compassion, self & other FORGIVENESS is the path moving forward,
TRUST in your INNER wisdom SAT NAV as this is the reward,
And ABOVE ALL else in any situation ask what LOVE would do
And FOLLOW this path as it will lead to the NEW.
