52 year old Glasgow born Scottish lass with Mediterranean looks due to my Italian Dad.

30 year career in western healthcare. Accident and emergency, midwifery, community and 20 years working as Occupational Health Specialist Nurse Adviser in a variety of private industries. Scot nursing at work award 2001.

CBT, NLP, Hypno, life coaching training and also RYT Hatha Yoga qualified, Reflexology & Reiki training.

Believe we’re spirit having a human experience and life/death but an illusion two sides of the same coin and all things are energy & eternal & all ONE.

Avid world traveller and adventurer. Machu Pichu climbed 9 months after a stage 3c cancer diagnosis in 2005 (Age 35). Tough Mudder completed at 45 years old. General health good with no medication and cancer free for 16 years until shock second stage 4 cancer diagnosis in August 2020.

Surgery not a viable option and declined chemo/radiotherapy as palliative only. Decided to manage without any conventional medicine and diet/supplements only. Managed good quality of life over last 12 months with minimal painkillers. Hypno & paracetamol and fruit/plant/vegan diet.

Have witnessed good results/cures with alternative medicine however my outcome seems to be heading/transistioning to another dimension and healing isn’t always to remain in body but to transition to spirit as the soul has an agenda that we don’t always fully comprehend. This has been my biggest challenge to date and spiritual growth period with many gifts and insights along the way.

The fear of death, the great unknown, the deeper releasing of human conditioning and old beliefs systems have been a few of the gifts as well as expanding the mind and further opening of the heart & soul to an  even deeper compassion and acceptance without judgement and outcome attachments. Peace love and light is our true nature. It’s an inside job. Be in the world but not of it. You are an extension of source energy whatever you perceive or choose to call that and you are divine at heart. Human nature may seem selfish but you only have to witness a burning building with a child crying inside to know that any human would risk their life to rescue that child as this is our default true nature and so remember this perception of humanity as this will dictate how we move forward as worthy loving equals rather than punish & judge humanity for learning and growing.
